“The court’s mediation work not only protects our legal rights but also helps us find ways to improve service quality.” Recently, the Jinlin District People’s Court in Yichun City received two banners from the property management company, thanking the court for efficiently resolving collective property disputes.

In response to debt disputes caused by inadequate services from two property management companies and over a hundred homeowners in the district, the Jinlin District People’s Court adhered to the principle of “mediation first, combined with judgment,” forming a special team to conduct on-site visits to the community. They guided the property management companies to develop rectification lists and implement a closure management system, tracking and supervising the resolution process throughout. This effectively improved the residential environment. Homeowners voluntarily paid overdue property fees, which helped the property management companies overcome operational difficulties and also protected homeowners’ legal rights. The mediation used a “list-based approach and closed-loop management,” providing a replicable judicial experience for resolving conflicts in the property sector.
