To thoroughly implement the Spirit of Learning from Lei Feng and promote the concept of serving the people through finance, Industrial Bank’s Urumqi Branch collaborated with the Urumqi Anti-telecom Network Fraud Center to form a joint effort between police and banks. They organized youth volunteers to participate in the “Learn from Lei Feng, Volunteer, and Strive Together for the 14th Five-Year Plan” Lei Feng Volunteer Service Market activity. Through anti-fraud and anti-money laundering publicity, interactive quizzes, and other activities, they delivered a “Financial Security Gift Pack” to the public.

At the event, branch volunteers wore sashes and set up themed promotional booths, hanging banners with messages like “Fight Fraud, Reject Gambling, Safe Payments” and “Crack Down on Money Laundering Crimes, Maintain Financial Order.” They displayed anti-fraud brochures, anti-money laundering knowledge manuals, and customized promotional items.

Volunteers actively explained common telecom and online scams, identification methods, and prevention tips to passersby. They analyzed typical cases involving “cashback scams,” “impersonating police or legal officials,” and other fraud tactics, while also promoting relevant laws and regulations. They guided the public to stay away from risks and protect their “wallets.”

To make the publicity more engaging and increase participation, the event included an interactive quiz on anti-fraud knowledge. The lively and interesting quiz attracted many people to participate, creating a lively atmosphere on-site.

Many participants said that they learned practical anti-fraud knowledge through this activity and would be more cautious if they encountered similar situations in the future.

During the event, relevant leaders from the autonomous region and Urumqi city visited the Industrial Bank Urumqi Branch booth for inspection and guidance, praising the bank’s active efforts in fulfilling social responsibilities and innovating publicity methods.
