Luzhou Bank: President Liu Shirong resigns due to approaching retirement age

Beijing Business Daily (Reporter Song Yitong) reported that on March 23, Luzhou Bank announced that its board of directors received a written resignation letter from President Liu Shirong on March 23, 2026. Liu Shirong resigned as president due to approaching retirement age, and his resignation took effect upon delivery of the written resignation to the board. After resigning as president, Liu Shirong was appointed as a non-executive director (employee director) effective immediately, and will continue to serve as a member of the Related-Party (Connected) Transactions Control Committee and the Risk Management Committee of the board.
