Trading in the end can only be figured out by yourself. All understanding must be self-realized.

Abstract generation in progress

Trading is something you can’t really learn through training. It can only be practiced and developed by yourself.
Eventually, I finally understood: it’s not that I don’t want to teach, but some things simply can’t be taught.
Mindset, personality, insight—these intangible, elusive qualities are precisely the most critical in trading.
I can teach you about candlestick charts, position sizing, risk control, but when you’re facing the market, that moment of greed and fear, the split-second decision to hold or sell, no one can carry that for you, no one can choose for you.
While teaching, I suddenly understood Shi Tiesheng’s words: “The bullet fired when I was a teenager hit me in the forehead fifteen years later. I wanted to tell him the way I came, to prevent him from taking those wrong turns, but he couldn’t understand.
We can’t have both youth and the feeling of youth at the same time. I want to wake him up, to stuff into his ears the truths I only understood after crashing through the wall back then. But the me back then couldn’t listen, and the him now can’t listen either.”
