Shenzhen Investment Holding Group's Guangzhou Pearl River New City Project to be Completed Soon, Planned to be Operated as a High-End Hotel
Insight Network News: According to market sources on March 24, the Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town A3-3(B) site project developed by Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. is nearing completion and is planned to operate as a high-end hotel in the future. The project successfully constructed a full-glass curtain wall building with 3 underground levels and 20 above-ground floors on a small site covering only 3,250 square meters. It also innovatively adopted multiple technological measures to solve construction challenges and introduced intelligent robots to improve efficiency.
The project is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Huaqiao Road and Huashui Road in Zhujiang New Town, Tianhe District, Guangzhou. Developed by a state-owned enterprise affiliated with Shenzhen, it is their first “off-site window” layout in Guangzhou, with a construction scale of 20 floors above ground (25,515.76 square meters) and 3 underground levels (7,165.07 square meters).
According to reports, the project team adheres to the “people’s livelihood first” philosophy, creating a “quiet construction site” to minimize impact on nearby residents and office workers. The building functions include hotels and offices, positioning it as a “city reception hall.”
