On March 23, 2026, AsiaInfo Technologies Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as “AsiaInfo” or “the Company,” stock code: 1675 HK) announced its full-year results for the year ending December 31, 2025.
2025 was a year of deep industry economic adjustments and accelerated technological paradigm shifts. The company faced ongoing efforts by telecom operators to cut costs and improve efficiency, cyclical and structural adjustments in IT investment cycles, and a significant decline in investment scale. It increased efforts to expand emerging AI businesses, promoted the deep integration of traditional businesses with “AI+” technologies, and pushed for business transformation and upgrading.
The company established an “AI-first” core strategic vision for the future, with the mission to “connect the intelligent world and safeguard digital intelligence connectivity,” and the vision to “nurture a thriving digital intelligence ecosystem.” It laid out a new blueprint for the “Intelligent Body Internet,” building three major business systems: “Operator Core Systems,” “Smart Data Operations,” and “Smart Connection Products.” Meanwhile, it deepened strategic collaboration with AsiaInfo Security, integrating security capabilities natively to strengthen the foundation of digital security in the era of intelligent bodies.
During the reporting period, the company’s total revenue was approximately RMB 6.302 billion, with an adjusted net profit of RMB 273 million, maintaining profitability resilience. The company’s operating cash flow had a net inflow of RMB 407 million, with significantly improved receivables, providing solid financial support for strategic transformation.
Operator Core Systems Business: Stabilizing growth and continuous efficiency improvements
In 2025, the company focused on the existing telecom market while expanding into new regions and acquiring new customers, effectively offsetting the downward pressure on traditional businesses, achieving total revenue of about RMB 4.782 billion.
The company seized incremental demand in the telecom market, leveraging opportunities in consolidation and localization, achieving full coverage of CRM/Billing projects across all provinces for a certain operator; actively pursued “AI+” innovative projects, securing over 100 AI-related projects including the Zhizhi platform and intelligent assistant; promoted the implementation of data ontology in over 10 provinces; supported operators in evolving toward AN L4, with network operation support systems making breakthroughs in Zhejiang, Yunnan, Jiangsu, and other provinces; focused on strategic regional expansion, with orders in Hong Kong and Macau exceeding RMB 180 million; deepened engagement with new operator clients such as China Tower, with orders exceeding RMB 20 million across 8 provinces, and a satellite operator order over RMB 14 million.
Looking ahead, the company will focus on three major growth points: new businesses, new regions, and new clients, while simultaneously implementing efficiency-enhancing measures. It aims to capture incremental opportunities in operator innovation and computing power services; use Hong Kong as a gateway to deepen presence in Hong Kong and Macau and expand into international telecom markets; and explore new client opportunities with China Tower, Xingwang, and China Broadcasting.
Additionally, the company will optimize resource allocation by proactively shutting down and transferring low-margin businesses, divesting some inefficient government and enterprise ICT projects, and traditional businesses heavily reliant on labor. It will implement the “AI First” strategy, leveraging AI tools to improve internal operational efficiency, aiming to boost AI coding efficiency by 20-30%, thereby reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
Smart Data Operations: Ecosystem win-win and moving toward a compound business model of digital intelligence assets
In 2025, revenue from smart data operations reached RMB 807 million, a strong year-on-year growth of 34.1%, accounting for 12.8% of total revenue, becoming a key growth driver.
In ecosystem cooperation, the company established strategic partnerships exceeding three years with leading firms such as Alibaba, Volcano, Kimi, NVIDIA, and ABB. Orders from Alibaba and Volcano for large model ecosystems grew explosively, over 41 times.
In the field of intelligent manufacturing, the company actively seized the new opportunity of AI intelligent manufacturing, reached a strategic cooperation with global industrial robot leader ABB, jointly established a physical intelligent joint laboratory, integrating AsiaInfo’s 5G-A communication, cybersecurity, and AI applications with ABB’s robotic automation technology. Based on Alibaba Cloud’s large models and NVIDIA’s accelerated computing technology, the company optimized training, forming an innovation chain of “technology R&D +成果转化+产业落地,” creating repeatable and scalable scenario-based solutions, and vigorously promoting the large-scale application of Physical AI in the industrial field.
Looking ahead, the company will focus on three major growth points: intelligent body services and operations, ecosystem win-win, and manufacturing industry Physical AI. It will follow the growth trend of Token consumption, actively build an AI business ecosystem, increase its Token share within ecosystems like Alibaba and Volcano, and establish a business model of digital intelligence assets’ compound interest around the ecosystem. It will achieve ecosystem win-win with partners such as Alibaba, Volcano, and NVIDIA, focusing on industries like energy, retail, and manufacturing, growing alongside ecosystem development. It will also deploy AI for smart manufacturing with ABB and others, based on “AI Brain + Industrial Robots,” accumulating digital intelligence assets in the industrial AI field, and capturing the stock transformation and incremental markets of industrial robots’ Physical AI to achieve growth. It is estimated that from 2026 to 2030, the cumulative market space for ABB’s Physical AI products could exceed RMB 2.4 billion.
Smart Connection Products: Driven by standard products, expanding satellite internet, seizing high ground for growth
In 2025, driven by energy and aerospace connectivity, the smart connection products business grew steadily, with annual revenue of RMB 125 million, up 6.2%.
The energy connectivity business remains a leader in 5G private networks, holding the top position in the nuclear power market, achieving full coverage of major domestic power generation groups including China Huaneng Group, expanding capacity at Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Plant, and signing contracts with MengNeng Group to break into local power markets. It won the bid for China Broadcasting Network’s ToB 5G private network procurement with the largest share and became a regular supplier of China Mobile’s customized core network, marking key recognition in the 5G private network market.
The aerospace connectivity business achieved key breakthroughs, establishing strategic cooperation with Yuxin, deploying satellite internet, completing payload base station PoC verification and First Call, founding TIA Lab for joint innovation, and participating in Yuxin’s second-generation satellite planning; collaborating with China SatNet on operational systems and satellite business platforms, actively participating in top-level planning. The commercial deployment of products has shown significant results, including the launch of China’s first AI-RAN product RANvolution V1.0, which was selected for the OMDIA global 5G private network vendor radar, and inclusion in Gartner’s “Magic Quadrant” for 4G and 5G private network services as a Niche Player. The private network products for mining and industry have received industry certification, and the XuDabao project completed verification of the “Private Network Permanent Connection” solution.
Looking ahead, the company will focus on two growth engines: energy connectivity and aerospace connectivity, with three core growth areas: first, deepening market coverage in energy generation, especially nuclear and renewable energy; second, seizing opportunities in emerging sectors like satellite internet and low-altitude economy, advancing satellite payload products and expanding applications in transportation, maritime, and emergency safety; third, proactively preparing for 6G sensing, wireless communication, and integrated space-ground networks, as well as 6G core network R&D to build long-term growth momentum.
Technology R&D: Strengthening product technological leadership in “Cloud & Network” and “Digital Intelligence”
In 2025, AsiaInfo focused on three core product systems: “Cloud & Network,” “Digital Intelligence,” and “IT,” promoting evolution toward AI Native, Agent, and Ontology, increasing R&D investment, and strengthening成果转化, providing solid product and technological support for the “AI First” strategy, and helping various industries improve quality and efficiency through digital intelligence transformation.
In the “Cloud & Network” field, international influence continued to grow, with fruitful results.
