Yizheng Rural Commercial Bank Establishes First One-Time Credit Repair Transaction
This article is reprinted from Jiangsu Economic Daily
Recently, Mr. Cai, the head of a building materials sales company in Yizheng, finally breathed a sigh of relief. Due to a few small overdue interest payments caused by weak repayment awareness in the past, he nearly saw a crucial emergency fund need at the end of the year fall through. At a critical moment, Yizheng Rural Commercial Bank’s “One-Time Credit Repair” policy helped him clear his credit obstacles and successfully obtained a 200,000 yuan loan.
“I thought it would take a lot of procedures to clear my credit record, but it turned out to be so easy. The problem was solved quickly. This policy really helped a lot,” Mr. Cai said excitedly when the loan was credited.
Mr. Cai has been engaged in building materials sales for many years, and his business has always been relatively stable. However, due to multiple small interest overdue records on his personal credit report—each under 1,000 yuan—he faced repeated obstacles when applying for an online loan at the end of last year, as his accounts receivable collection was not ideal. Just when he was at a loss, the “One-Time Credit Repair” policy guided and implemented by the People’s Bank of China Yangzhou Branch brought him a turning point.
This policy aims to provide credit rebuilding opportunities for individuals and small micro-enterprise owners whose credit has been damaged due to small, occasional overdue payments but with low subjective malice. In January this year, a customer manager from Yizheng Rural Commercial Bank learned about Mr. Cai’s situation during a marketing visit and proactively promoted this new policy to him. After on-site verification, it was confirmed that Mr. Cai’s overdue records all met the conditions of “single overdue amount less than 1,000 yuan” and occurred within the policy coverage period, making him eligible for the one-time credit repair. The customer manager assisted Mr. Cai in applying for a credit limit on the spot. Thanks to the successful credit repair, his online loan application was approved with a “green light,” and he received 200,000 yuan on the spot, solving his urgent financial need.
