Huaya Intelligence: Signs Product Sales Framework Agreement with Landong Technology
People’s Financial News, March 23 — Huaya Intelligent (003043) announced on March 23 that Suzhou Landong Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Landong Technology”) plans to purchase products from the company. The two parties signed a “Energy Storage Cabinet Product Procurement Framework Agreement” (the products provided by the company are still precision metal structural components, which Landong Technology uses for energy storage cabinets). The agreement is expected to have an annual transaction total of no more than 20 million yuan, accounting for 1.12% of the company’s net assets in 2024.
