Huaxin Securities pointed out that the current wave of semiconductor price increases began with the surge in storage chip prices driven by AI demand, which then affected the entire industry chain. Now, prices have been passed on to end consumers, with mobile phone brands gradually raising prices. At the same time, as semiconductor product prices generally rise, not only mobile phones and computers but also home appliances, automobiles, and other products that heavily rely on semiconductors are facing price hikes. In the computing power sector, Huawei released a new generation of computing acceleration cards, significantly boosting single-card performance, and partnered to launch AI application solutions covering multiple industries. The “shrimp farming” craze has also reignited demand for all-in-one machines. Regarding storage chips, due to increased AI storage needs and capacity shifts by major overseas manufacturers, traditional DRAM and NAND prices have soared.
