I discovered that entrepreneurs love high-intensity exercise, which is what they call extreme self-discipline. For example, waking up at 5-6 AM every day and then running 10km.

Is this really good for you? I tried it for a few days, literally just a few days, and I couldn't take it anymore. I'm more comfortable sleeping until 7-8 AM and waking up then.

I once knew a big boss (jewelry industry) who not only runs 10km every day himself, but also requires his employees to run 10km daily as well.

I asked him, won't such high-intensity running damage your knees? He said the more you run, the better your knees become, and your body will automatically adapt.

I'm skeptical of this claim, but this person has a net worth of several billion, has a private doctor, and is an elder, so I don't dare argue with someone like that. I can only say I'm half-believing it, but I really can't do it 🤷
