Analyst: Oil Prices Expected to Remain Elevated Until Iran Dispute Ends

Odaily Planet Daily reports that oil prices have fallen sharply as the U.S. pushes to end the war with Iran. Commodity research firm ICIS crude oil market director Ajay Parmar stated, “Oil prices will continue to fluctuate because the market is influenced by both fundamental factors and rhetoric. The fundamentals have not changed — currently, nearly 10 million barrels per day of oil supply in the Middle East remain disrupted, and until this war ends, we expect oil prices to stay high.” (Jin10)
