Pre-market strategy: Take profits at highs, do not chase rallies in a weak market

Pre-market: Although the CSI 2000 closed at its highest point yesterday, we should not be overly optimistic. The pattern has not reversed the downward trend and still belongs to a technical continuation of decline. From the short-term moving averages, the rebound is a correction for the excessive deviation of the short-term moving average. After the opening tomorrow, the rapid decline of the 5-day moving average will put pressure on the index. If the current trading volume continues, it will be difficult to move higher. Therefore, my suggestion during yesterday’s trading was to hold positions. In a weak environment, avoid chasing gains, and since the external environment is unpredictable, risk management is crucial.

On Monday, I generally increased my holdings. Some seem very risky, but actually have a high tolerance for errors. In life, there’s a common saying: “The most dangerous place is often the safest.” This dialectical thinking applies well to the stock market. Based on this logic, I posted during Monday’s afternoon trading, clearly expressing extreme optimism about the short-term market. My view was not casual but based on technical patterns and market psychology, analyzed comprehensively.

Regarding today’s market, my personal strategy is to take profits on high points when opportunities arise, and buy back at lows on Monday. From the market rhythm, there is a high probability that the market will break below Monday’s lows. Of course, I will only realize profits—this is my trading style. Every sale must be based on profit; I do not trade losing positions. Of course, everyone has their own perspective. If you are confident in your rhythm and believe you can recover from losses, that’s also fine. The most important thing is to find a method that suits you.

Having been on TaoGuBa for over a month, I made the list again in the Newcomer Rankings, ranking 32nd out of 40, and I am still the follower with the fewest fans among the listed traders.

Someone criticized me as “pretentious and deceptive,” saying I incite others to buy in and hide my true face. I only share logic, not stock recommendations—clear conscience.

Although I have few followers, I was selected because the Newcomer Rankings focus on growth, not existing followers: tips, reading, interaction, and content quality are key. The platform’s algorithm recognizes my content and provides precise distribution, which boosts my Newcomer score.
