Zheshang Bank Suzhou Branch Deepens and Implements Integrity Culture Construction

This newspaper report (Wei Huan) on March 23rd, Suzhou Branch of Zhejiang Commercial Bank held a youth employee integrity forum themed “Planting ‘Clear’ Green, Cultivating a Fragrant ‘Honest’” to foster a culture that values integrity and purity.

At the start of the event, young participants entered the carefully designed “Red Reception Room,” where they reflected on their original aspirations through the history of the Party and the bank, and paused at the “Integrity Culture” section for contemplation. The exhibits progressed from a serious interpretation of Party discipline regulations, to the historical inheritance of local integrity culture in Suzhou, and then to warning education through typical cases. Afterwards, they watched the warning educational film “Don’t Let Youthful Talents Turn into Arrogance,” which featured vivid negative examples that served as a wake-up call and provoked deep thought.

During the forum, a unique “Party Secretary Face-to-Face” integrity interview was conducted. Young representatives, combining their study of the importance of strict governance and anti-corruption efforts, shared their understanding of honest work and their thoughts on building a clean financial culture, based on their own positions. They openly discussed career development plans, integrity risks in daily operations, and current confusions, engaging in candid exchanges and offering suggestions, demonstrating the diligent, thoughtful, and proactive spirit of young financial professionals in the new era.

Shen Jianfeng, the bank’s Party Committee Secretary and President, advised young employees to “guard their hearts,” always maintain self-discipline and respect the red line of discipline and law; to “cherish the platform,” and showcase their talents on the broad stage provided by the branch; to “remain grateful,” and grow through organizational cultivation; and to “keep learning,” continuously enhancing professional competence and moral resilience.

That day, the participating youth also received a meaningful “Integrity Gift Pack,” which included a small sapling symbolizing integrity, a set of cultural reading materials titled “Breezes of Integrity,” and a heartfelt letter of family integrity.

This forum is a vivid practice of Zhejiang Commercial Bank Suzhou Branch’s efforts to deepen and implement integrity culture construction among young staff. Moving forward, the branch will continue to deepen the “Zheyin Youth Integrity” project, guiding young employees to internalize integrity concepts and practice them outwardly, gathering strong youthful energy to advance the “Clean Zhejiang Yin” initiative, and ensuring the branch’s high-quality, steady development.
