Sina Tech News, March 20th — At the Huawei China Partner Conference 2026 held recently, Huawei Executive Director Wang Tao delivered a keynote speech titled “Gather to Rise, Integrate Wisdom and Act.” He stated that Huawei is committed to fully embracing AI, building a solid computing foundation, open sourcing and open collaboration, and using AI technology to reshape products and solutions, supporting partners to enable comprehensive intelligence across various industries.

He mentioned that Huawei will focus on five areas of investment to support partners: around Kunpeng and Ascend, creating open and easy-to-use foundational hardware and software platforms; innovative super-node architecture to enable partners to adapt to industry scenarios with flexible deployment of large, medium, and small computing power; strategic investment in the Ascend CANN ecosystem, with a developer-centric approach, full open source, providing developers with more efficient and convenient development experiences; leveraging Huawei Cloud to build a fertile ground for computing power, helping partners solve industry challenges with AI; based on HarmonyOS and open-source HarmonyOS, constructing a full-scenario intelligent ecosystem to accelerate AI application deployment; and in NA, commercial, and distribution markets, supporting partners to develop competitive scenario-based solutions to enable comprehensive industry intelligence.

Wang Tao emphasized that Huawei adheres to “one deep cultivation, two expansions,” matching the different characteristics of three market types, strengthening investment based on value scenarios, and supporting partners to enable industry-wide intelligence. For the NA market, Huawei will further focus on intelligent core production scenarios, intensify efforts to solve problems, and establish industry intelligence benchmarks. For the commercial market, Huawei will focus on ten major industries, creating 95 lightweight scenario-based baseline solutions, and developing over 60 new products. For the distribution market, Huawei will fully implement the diamond distributor mechanism, promote the “4+10+N” one-stop scenario solutions to partners nationwide, and further increase investment in solution competitiveness, scenario empowerment, and sales incentives.

Wang Tao stated, “Over the past fifteen years, we have witnessed the growth of Huawei’s enterprise business and our partners’ achievements. Artificial intelligence is now rapidly reshaping industry development and sector transformation at a fundamental level, and partners will play an even more important role in the new era. Huawei will advance strategically with partners, co-build capabilities, co-create value, and work together toward the great journey into the intelligent world.”

Today, intelligence has moved from general models to industry applications, opening a new blue ocean in Token economy. Facing the opportunities of the intelligent era, Huawei Senior Vice President Li Peng, in his keynote “Gather Strength for Deep Cultivation, Win the Future with Intelligence,” pointed out that the Token economy era has arrived. The AI process is rapidly shifting from “visible” to “usable,” moving from “general models” to broader “industry application intelligent agents.” Multi-agent collaboration capabilities have matured, driving AI from a “辅助工具” (auxiliary tool) to a core part of enterprise production, fueling explosive growth in connectivity and computing.

In response to the new opportunities of the intelligent era, Huawei has always adhered to the philosophy of “growing together with partners.” Li Peng suggested that Huawei will continue to invest unwaveringly in industry-specific expert resources and deep cultivation of segmented industry scenarios. By leveraging the advantages of connectivity, computing, and cloud across multiple industries, Huawei aims to turn years of technological accumulation into the commercial competitiveness of its partners. Meanwhile, Huawei will strengthen the “Partner + Huawei” cooperation system to empower partner innovation, enhance partner capabilities, and enable partners to grow continuously on Huawei’s platform. Huawei’s goal is to help partners stay ahead, equip them with AI, and ensure they understand both industry and AI, so they can seize market opportunities not just by seeing the potential but by co-creating scenario-based solutions.

Focusing on the theme “Shared Integration, Accelerating Digital and Intelligent Leap,” Wu Hui, President of Huawei China Enterprise Business, stated at the conference that AI brings “massive increments” and “large markets.” The “Partner + Huawei” system needs to reach higher levels to better serve customers’ digital and intelligent upgrades. Huawei aims to break down boundaries with partners through sharing, reconstruct cooperation paradigms through integration, and define new heights for the “Partner + Huawei” system through leapfrogging, helping industries accelerate into the digital and intelligent world.

Regarding the development of the “Partner + Huawei” system and policy details for 2026, Huawei China Enterprise Business Vice President Xu Chao explained in his speech that under the protection of rules and in an environment of integrity, Huawei is committed to co-building a customer-centric partnership with its partners. This involves enhancing capabilities across industry, sector, and service, rooted in creating value for customers and accelerating into the new era of digital intelligence.
