Integral Ad Science Names Alpana Wegner as New CFO

Alpana Wegner has been named the new Chief Financial Officer at Integral Ad Science Inc. (IAS), a leading media technology company, effective June 2025. She succeeds Jill Putman, who transitioned into the role on an interim basis in January 2025 after Tania Secor departed from the position.

Wegner brings substantial financial leadership experience to the position. Most recently, she held the CFO role at Secureworks, a once-publicly traded cybersecurity firm. Prior to that assignment, Wegner served as CFO of Benefitfocus, another formerly publicly traded company specializing in benefits software solutions.
