Securities Daily Online News: On March 24, Datang Telecom announced that the company has fully repaid the previously used funds for temporary working capital supplementation to the fundraising account as of March 24, 2026. The total amount of this fund does not exceed 130 million yuan and was originally used for the “Development and Industrialization of New High-Performance Series Security Chips” project and the “Research and Industrialization of 5G Special Industry Private Network Products” project. The usage period was within 12 months from the date of approval by the board of directors on April 1, 2025. The company has notified the independent financial advisor and the lead underwriter about the repayment.
