Keysight Technologies has launched the N4378A Lightwave Component Analyzer (LCA), which provides S-parameter measurements up to 220 GHz. This new tool is designed to help engineers characterize next-generation optical components for AI and data center applications, accelerating the design and validation of high-speed optical interconnects for 1.6/3.2 Tb/s applications. The LCA offers single-sweep characterization, supports O-band and C/L-band applications, and validates dual-drive optical modulators, aiming to reduce design risk and speed up product development.
