Hallador Energy Co. (HNRG) announced a leadership change in its finance department on Wednesday, with Marjorie Hargrave stepping aside from her role as Chief Financial Officer to pursue other opportunities. The energy company has named Todd Telesz as her successor, with the appointment effective June 23.

Telesz brings substantial experience to the position, having previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc., and as Chief Executive Officer of Basin Electric. His extensive background in energy sector finance and operations positions him well for the transition.

In pre-market trading, Hallador Energy shares reflected the organizational shift, declining 0.64% to trade at $17 on the Nasdaq. The company has not yet provided details regarding Marjorie Hargrave's future plans or the circumstances surrounding her departure.
