Leshan Electric Power: Vice President Xiong Haitao has resigned due to job transfer

Le Shan Electric Power announced on March 26th that on March 25th, the company’s board of directors received a written resignation letter from Vice President Xiong Haitao. He is resigning due to a work transfer and will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries after his resignation. His original term was until February 4, 2029. The resignation takes effect from the date the letter is delivered to the board, and it will not adversely affect the company’s daily operations. As of the disclosure date, Xiong Haitao does not hold any shares and has no unfulfilled commitments, and he has completed the handover work.
