Trina Solar: Plans to establish a joint venture to enhance photovoltaic energy system solution capabilities
Trina Solar announced on March 25th that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Trina Solar (Changzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (“Trina Technology”), plans to jointly establish a joint venture with Trina Xingyuan (Zhejiang) Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Xingyao Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership). The registered capital of the joint venture is expected to be no more than 100 million yuan. Trina Technology plans to contribute no more than 45 million yuan, accounting for 45%. This investment aims to leverage the company’s technical expertise in photovoltaic, energy storage, and other energy system solutions, and to expand cross-field applications in related new scenarios.
