The construction of the Overseas Military Operations Achievement Memorial Hall in North Korea is entering the final stage.
According to a report from the Korean Central News Agency on the 17th, Kim Jong-un, General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Affairs Commission, on the 16th personally guided the construction of the Overseas Military Operations Meritorious Service Museum. The report stated that Kim Jong-un inspected various sites of the museum, including the interior, the burial area, and the exhibit area for captured weapons, to understand the progress of the finishing works and the installation of statues and symbolic memorials. Currently, the construction progress of the museum has reached 93% of the total project volume. Kim Jong-un emphasized that this museum should become a comprehensive and collective representation of the level of North Korea’s architectural art and fine arts creation. (Xinhua News Agency)
