Hilton Worldwide Holdings has introduced the Hilton AI Planner, a generative AI concierge designed to assist travelers in exploring its hotel portfolio and planning their stays. This new tool uses conversational AI to guide users through the booking process, from choosing destinations to reviewing amenities, reflecting Hilton’s investment in technology to enhance the guest experience. Currently in beta on hilton.com, the AI Planner will gradually expand its access to more users, with future updates guided by user feedback and behavior.
