[Red Envelope] In a chaotic market, only rules can provide stability

Another week is about to end, and the market trend over these 5 days has become a wildly fluctuating ECG, which would be too much for an ordinary heart to handle.

On Monday, there was a huge drop in volume, causing many to panic. The weak rebounds on Tuesday and Wednesday only gave the market a brief respite, and yesterday saw another sharp decline, followed by a lower opening this morning, which then rebounded after some people cut their losses.

In just 5 trading days, the market has been swinging up and down, with bulls and bears pulling in every direction. How many have been repeatedly beaten in chasing gains and cutting losses? Is anyone feeling the pain?

In fact, it’s not just the A-shares; global markets are experiencing these extreme fluctuations. The Dow Jones is the same, and gold in precious metals is also on a rollercoaster ride. The biggest influencing factor here is geopolitics; it’s clear that online discussions must be going crazy. Will there be more talks? Are there any positives or negatives? Will it allow for passage? Is it real or fake negotiations? Some investors have turned themselves into international issue experts, busier than presidents, but their accounts are losing worse than others.

In the eyes of those without rules, and those who know little about the stock market, the crazier and more panicked the market becomes, the more it is led by candlesticks and both internal and external factors. In this chaotic market, what tests you the most is your adherence to rules. In a state of disarray, only by sticking to the rules can you protect your principal and your profits.

Those who can survive in the market long-term are never those who can predict every rise and fall, nor are they the experts on international issues; they are strictly those who adhere to trading rules.

I’ve finished writing another article interpreting the Tao Te Ching, closed my computer, and went out for a walk. The spring scenery is so beautiful, yet some people will never see it again.

Living only requires a stable happiness, enough for health and safety. How much is too much to earn? Just enough to spend is fine. Contentment brings happiness, and knowing when to stop prevents danger.

I hope all my brothers can earn enough to cover their expenses, not too much, just enough to use.

Have a great weekend, and enjoy the spring sunshine.
