On March 27, 2026, Longfor Group Holdings Limited (00960.HK) (“Longfor Group” or “the Group”, stock code on Hong Kong Stock Exchange: 0960.HK) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025.
In 2025, Longfor Group’s revenue from service businesses focused on property services and smart construction was 12.58 billion yuan. Among them, the total revenue from property services was 11.23 billion yuan, managing over 2,100 projects with a managed area of approximately 360 million square meters, and an external expansion ratio of about 55%. The Group actively adjusted its portfolio, focused on service quality, and steadily improved the living experience for owners through enhancing security systems, strengthening intelligent management, and continuously upgrading facilities, landscaping, and smart systems.
