Odaily Planet Daily reports that macro researcher Adam from Greeks.live posted on the X platform that today is the quarterly settlement day, with 68,000 BTC options expiring, a Put Call Ratio of 0.56, and a maximum pain point of $74,000, with a nominal value of $13 billion. 370,000 ETH options are expiring, with a Put Call Ratio of 0.56, a maximum pain point of $2,250, and a nominal value of $2.12 billion. Approximately 36% of options for Bitcoin and Ethereum are expiring, with a large number of options being rolled over this week, peaking at over 40% of total open interest. Currently, Bitcoin trading activity is relatively low, with the main term implied volatility (IV) at 51%, and Ethereum’s main term IV at 70%. The decline in realized volatility (RV) has led to a continuous rise in the volatility risk premium (VRP), with the 15D VRP reaching nearly 20% in the first half of this week. Bitcoin performed poorly in terms of price and interest in the first quarter of this year, reflecting a lack of market confidence.

BTC-4.32%
ETH-3.89%
