People’s Financial News, March 27 - Woge Optoelectronics (603773) announced on March 27 that Yi Weihua applied to resign from the positions of Chairman of the Board (legal representative), director, and member of various specialized committees under the board for personal reasons. After resigning, Yi Weihua will still hold positions in subsidiaries like Hubei Tonggewei. The company’s board of directors reviewed and approved the proposal to elect Zhang Chunjiao as the new chairman. The legal representative of the company will be changed from Yi Weihua to Zhang Chunjiao.
