On March 25, our country’s first dual-power intelligent tamping machine for railway tunnels rolled off the production line. The “Guoneng Fenjin” was jointly developed by the State Energy Group and China Railway Construction. The railway tamping machine is a core maintenance equipment that ensures the safety and stability of railway lines. By compacting the ballast, it eliminates the risks of subsidence and deformation, ensuring smooth and safe train operations. The dual-power intelligent tamping machine has achieved revolutionary breakthroughs in its power system, utilizing a dual power system of diesel generator sets and power batteries. This equipment is also equipped with a fully domestically produced intelligent tamping operation system, integrating intelligent technologies such as image automatic recognition, automatic tamping, and adaptive operations, giving the equipment a “smart brain.” It can achieve seamless switching of modes according to the operational scenario, automating and precision-tamping railway operations, significantly improving operational efficiency.
