People's Property Insurance Tianjin Dongli Branch fined 120,000 yuan for involvement in insurance premium embezzlement

Blue Whale News, March 27—Recently, the Tianjin Regulatory Branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration issued an administrative penalty information notice, targeting China Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd.’s Dongli Branch in Tianjin and the relevant responsible parties.

The penalty notice shows that the main illegal and noncompliant conduct of China Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd.’s Dongli Branch in Tianjin is: misappropriation of insurance premiums.

For this unlawful conduct, the Tianjin Regulatory Branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration imposed a fine of 120,000 yuan on it; it prohibited directly responsible person Liu Han from entering the insurance industry for 3 years.
