Our newspaper reports that as of March 20, the Heilongjiang Provincial Postal Branch’s 2025-2026 agent financial cross-year special activity new balance has exceeded 30 billion yuan, reaching 32.1 billion yuan, an increase of 5.3 billion yuan year-on-year. Several city postal branches have performed outstandingly, with the Harbin and Qiqihar branches surpassing new amounts of 6 billion yuan and 5 billion yuan, respectively. Eight city branches have met their targets ahead of schedule, and twelve city branches have experienced year-on-year balance growth.

The Heilongjiang Provincial Branch focuses on the agricultural and food market, relying on household management and “heat map” marketing to seize funding throughout the entire grain production and sales process, with an increase of 21 billion yuan in new savings deposits during the peak agricultural season in the fourth quarter of last year. The branch has delved into the ice and snow economy, creating a “finance + ice and snow” service model, adding 4,515 ice and snow-related merchants, which has driven AUM growth of 65.4 million yuan; at the same time, it has cultivated customer groups, established special rewards to stimulate frontline vitality, resulting in significant growth in new effective customers, VIP customers, and wealth customers, with the completion rate of wealth customer targets ranking 4th nationwide among postal services.
