Inflation in the U.S. is rising — the highest in the past two years, according to Politico.



The main reason is fuel: gasoline has increased by more than 20%, pulling overall prices up.

Against this backdrop, Republicans may face problems before the elections. The White House calls the rise temporary, but the situation around the Strait of Hormuz remains tense — prices will not decrease quickly for now.
