TianDa Corporation Plans IPO: 37-year-old General Manager Wang Wei is the Chairman's son, directly holding 0.67% of shares
Rui Finance Yan Minghui Recently, Chengde Tianda Vanadium Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Tianda Co.) completed the IPO counseling and guidance filing with the Hebei Securities Regulatory Bureau, with CITIC Construction Investment Securities as the counseling and guidance institution.
Tianda Co. was established in 1998. Its registered capital is 82.46 million yuan. It mainly engages in the research and development, production, and sales of intermediate alloys and high-purity metal materials. The company is listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (the New Third Board).
The actual controllers of Tianda Co. are Wang Zhijun and his son Wang Wei. Wang Zhijun serves as Chairman, while Wang Wei serves as a director, general manager, and secretary of the board of directors.
Wang Zhijun directly holds 51.30% of the company’s shares, Wang Wei directly holds 0.67% of the company’s shares, Wang Wei indirectly controls 2.80% of the company’s shares in total by serving as the executive affairs partner of the company employee shareholding platforms Chengde Deyuan, Chengde Jiayuan, and Chengde Weiyuan. Wang Zhijun and Wang Wei indirectly control 15.14% of the company’s shares through Chengde Tiansheng(, in which Wang Zhijun holds 90% and Wang Wei holds 10%. Together, Wang Zhijun and Wang Wei control 69.91% of the company’s shares. Wang Wei’s spouse, Zhang Pinman, holds 8.66% of the property interests in the company shareholder Chengde Deyuan.
Wang Zhijun, 62 years old, has a high school education. In the early years, he previously served as a secretary in the Longhua County Committee Office of Chengde City, a salesperson, and a production staff member at Chengde Chemical General Plant. From September 1994 to April 2024, he served as the legal representative of Jinda Vanadium; from March 1998 to the present, he has served as chairman and general manager, and later chairman.
Wang Wei, 37 years old, has a master’s degree. From March 2017 to August 2018, he served as an investment manager at Jinsha River Capital)GSR Capital(; from September 2018 to March 2021, he was a staff member at Beijing Jinsha River Wisdom Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd.; from November 2009 to January 2023, he served as the company supervisor; from January 2023 to the present, he has held positions including executive deputy general manager, general manager, and general manager and secretary of the board of directors; from October 2024 to the present, he has served as a director of the company.
In terms of performance, in 2023, 2024, and the first quarter of 2025, the company’s operating revenue was 607 million yuan, 529 million yuan, and 152 million yuan, respectively. Net profit was 51.7590 million yuan, 55.3050 million yuan, and 16.4282 million yuan, respectively. The company’s operating performance has fluctuated. The net cash flow from operating activities was -158 million yuan, -160 million yuan, and -16.5885 million yuan, respectively, and it has remained negative on a sustained basis.
During the period, the company’s largest first customer was the Northwest Nonferrous Metals Research Institute and its subsidiaries. Sales revenue to it accounted for more than 44% of total revenue.
