Bohai Leasing Announcement: As of the first quarter of 2026, Avolon’s fleet size is 1,131 aircraft, including 591 owned aircraft, 34 managed aircraft, and 506 order aircraft, serving 139 airline customers across 61 countries worldwide; received 14 aircraft during the quarter, sold 19 aircraft, and agreed to sell 84 aircraft pending delivery; reached lease agreements for 17 new technology aircraft, with 85% of the order aircraft scheduled for delivery before the end of 2028 already leased; signed 60 aircraft leasing transactions; completed approximately $2.1 billion in new unsecured debt financing, including $1.5 billion in senior unsecured notes, approximately $420 million in unsecured loan facilities, and $150 million in unsecured term loan facilities.
