Announcement on ETF Leveraged Tokens Share Merge for LTC5L, PNUT3L, SATS3L, FTT3L, ORDI3L

To enhance the trading experience and improve price precision, Gate will conduct a share merge for multiple ETF Leveraged Tokens at 06:00:00 AM on April 23, 2025 (UTC). Details of the Share Merge process as follow：

Suspension of Trading

We will suspend trading for the affected ETF Leveraged Tokens at 06:00:00 AM on April 23, 2025 (UTC) . All open orders will be automatically canceled at this time.

Share Merge Process

At 06:00:00 AM on April 23, 2025 (UTC) , we will sequentially take a snapshot of users’ ETF Leveraged Token balances and merge shares at the 1000:1 ratio.

The total value of users’ holdings will not change (without considering value changes caused by market fluctuations).

The ETF Leveraged Token above will have a 1000-for-1 Share Merge. After the merge is completed, the number of ETF shares held by users will become 1/1000 that before the merge, and the unit value will be 1000 times that before the merge.

The share merge process is expected to be completed by 07:00:00 AM on April 23, 2025 (UTC) . If the process is completed earlier, trading will resume accordingly.

Important Notes

1. After the merge, market prices will be significantly adjusted based on the new unit NAV. Please pay close attention to price changes when placing orders.
2. K-line (candlestick) data will be adjusted accordingly. Gate provides adjusted K-line data to optimize the user experience.
3. API users should be aware that this adjustment may affect order placement. Please update your parameters accordingly to ensure smooth trading.
