Solana's on-chain re-staking protocol token LAYER broke through the $2 integer mark and hit a new all-time high. LAYER's current circulating market capitalization is $430 million, ranking 122nd in the market, second only to PENDLE among all restaking protocol tokens; SGD WCT surged more than 100% during the day before falling sharply; WCT currently has an outstanding market capitalization of US$75 million, ranking 365th in the market. The BTC ETF had a large outflow of $170 million yesterday, and it is expected that BTC will continue to fluctuate in the short term; ETHD fell further to 7.2%, a new low in nearly five years; U.S. stocks fell across the board, with Fed Chairman Jerome Powell's latest speech saying that there was no rush to cut interest rates.
