Gate announcement regarding the delisting of Bitcoin Gold (BTG)

Due to the discrepancies in the original migration plan during the previous coin exchange process for Bitcoin Gold (BTG), the migration could not proceed smoothly. After a long-term observation and assessment of the Bitcoin Gold (BTG) project, we found some uncertainties in its market performance. Since <a href=“http://gate.io/zh” target=“_blank”>Gate.io</a> has always adhered to the principle of providing users with a safe and transparent trading environment and continuously follows the healthy development of all projects on the platform, <a href=“http://gate.io/zh” target=“_blank”>Gate.io</a> has decided to delist Bitcoin Gold (BTG) from the trading market, including the BTG_USDT spot trading pair and quantitative Grid Trading. After the delisting, <a href=“http://gate.io/zh” target=“_blank”>Gate.io</a> will continue to provide users with a withdrawal service for one month.

Gate.io will take the following steps:

1. <a href=“http://Gate.io/zh” rel=“nofollow noopener noreferrer” target=“_blank”>Gate.io</a> has suspended the deposit service for Bitcoin Gold (BTG).
2. <a href=“http://Gate.io/zh” rel=“nofollow noopener noreferrer” target=“_blank”>Gate.io</a> will suspend trading services for Bitcoin Gold (BTG) on April 2, 2025, at 11:00 (UTC+8), including the BTG_USDT spot trading pair and quantitative Grid Trading.
3. If there are any ongoing quantitative trading strategies, please adjust them in advance. Otherwise, they will be forcibly stopped on April 2, 2025, at 11:00 (UTC+8).
