1.What are futures points?
The futures points system is a system used to evaluate user activity within the futures trading ecosystem, determining eligibility for futures-related events and rewards. Futures points are calculated daily based on your account balance and futures trading volume.
2.How can I access the futures points page?
- Method 1 : Tap [Futures Points] in the app sidebar.
- Method 2 : Tap [Futures Points] in the top-right corner of the futures trading panel.
3.How are futures points calculated?
Futures points are accumulated daily based on the following:
Balance Points :

Balance = Futures Account Balance (USDT + BTC) + TradFi Account Balance (USDx)

All balances are converted into USD value based on the applicable exchange rates.

Tiered calculation:
- $100 ≤ Balance < $1,000, 1 point/day
- $1,000 ≤ Balance < $10,000, 2 points/day
- $10,000 ≤ Balance < $100,000, 3 points/day
- Balance ≥ $100,000, 4 points/day
Trading Points :

Points are awarded in tiers based on the daily effective futures trading volume, including USDT-M perpetual futures, BTC-M perpetual futures, and TradFi contracts. Both opening and closing trading volumes are included.
- Trading volume generated via API and stablecoin-to-stablecoin trading pairs is not included.
- TradFi contracts are subject to a conversion ratio, which may be adjusted dynamically based on platform operations. For example, if the current conversion ratio is 20.00% and your total TradFi trading volume for the day is 10,000 USDx, the effective trading volume counted toward effective futures points will be 2,000 USDT.

Calculation: $400 = 1 point; doubling the volume increases points accordingly.

Example: $800 = 2 points, $1,600 = 3 points, $3,200 = 4 points
Referral Points :
- You can earn 1 point for each successful referral of a new user (whose current points balance ≥ 2). Each new user only counts once, and you can earn up to 3 points per day.
Total Points = Sum of the Past 15 Days' Daily Points (Balance Points + Trading Points + Referral Points) – Points Consumed
4. Timing and snapshot rules
- Daily snapshot time : 23:59:59 (UTC)
- Points data update time : before 02:00 (UTC)
- Example: A trade completed at 20:00 (UTC) on September 22 will be counted toward the points of September 22.
5. Will my futures points expire automatically?
Yes. Futures points follow a rolling 15-day cycle. Each point expires 15 days after its snapshot date. You can check earned and expiring points in your daily points details.
6. When are points consumed?
Points are consumed immediately once you confirm participation in a points-related event (such as claiming rewards or redeeming benefits). The system deducts the earliest earned points first.
7. Can I choose whether to consume points?
Yes. Participation in any points-related event is optional, and you can decide whether to spend your futures points.
8. How is the points balance calculated?
Points Balance = 15-Day Trading Points + 15-Day Balance Points + 15-Day Referral Points – 15-Day Points Consumed (excluding expired points)
9. Why don't I have any futures points?
Market makers, enterprises, and institutional users are not eligible for futures points. Only main accounts can earn futures points, while subaccounts are excluded from both point accumulation and event registration. In addition, trading volume from APIs is not counted.
10. How is asset value calculated?
The value of eligible assets is determined at the snapshot time (00:00:00 UTC) using the market price in USD, ensuring fairness and consistency.
11. How can I earn more points?
- Increase your futures account balance
- Trade more frequently and with higher volume
- Invite more friends to join the futures points program
12. Do I automatically receive all rewards once I reach the required points?
No. Each event has a limited reward quota on a first-come, first-served basis. If the rewards are fully claimed, please check the start time of the next event.
