The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued an ultimatum on the 31st, naming 18 major U.S. technology and finance leaders, including Nvidia, Apple, Meta, and others, and claiming that if another targeted assassination occurs within Iran, relevant departments will be destroyed, and employees are instructed to “leave immediately.”
(Background: Iran threatens to bomb the U.S. Navy fleet and to blockade the Strait of Hormuz. Trump: If they dare retaliation, it will only invite even more intense attacks.)

Yesterday (31), the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued a statement, listing a total of 18 companies, including Nvidia, Apple, Meta, Google, Microsoft, Tesla, and Palantir, and characterizing them as the “main masterminds of an assassination plot.” The wording was direct: as long as there is another targeted killing of a leader in Iran, the facilities of this group of companies in the Persian Gulf region will become targets of attack.
The statement used a tough tone: “Starting at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1, Tehran time, these companies should expect that for every assassination incident that occurs inside Iran, their relevant departments will be destroyed.” The Guard Corps also warned: “We advise the employees of these organizations to leave their workplaces immediately for their own safety.”
The Guard Corps accused that these 18 companies are not merely technology firms, but the “main planners of designing and tracking assassination targets.” The U.S. government and these tech giants, they said, have ignored our repeated warnings, emphasizing that actions targeting senior Iranian officials must be stopped.
The named companies span multiple sectors including technology, finance, energy, and defense:
Nvidia, Apple, Meta, Google, Intel, Microsoft, Oracle, Tesla, Palantir, Cisco, HP, IBM, Dell, JPMorgan, GE, Spire Solution, G42, and Boeing.
Among them, Palantir has long handled U.S. defense intelligence contracts, while G42 is an Abu Dhabi AI technology group that some analysts view as an extension node of U.S. tech influence in the Middle East.
At the same time that the Guard Corps issued its threats, U.S. President Trump publicly said he is pushing for diplomatic mediation to try to end the conflict, but also vowed that if Iran does not back down, it will strengthen the joint U.S.-Iran offensive.
This posture of “opening fire at the negotiating table” further intensifies concerns in the market about escalation of the geopolitical conflict.
