On June 19th, the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) Meeting, the expectation for a 25 basis point rate cut has reached 66.2% today. It can basically be seen that a rate cut in June is likely. This is because the April monthly line needs to close above the March peak of 95,000 or remain parallel to reverse the trend, thus making 76,560 the lowest point in a V-shape, leading to a right-side market. Currently, this probability seems very low, so a lowest point must occur in April or May, and then the June rate cut should close the monthly line above the lowest points in April or May, with the third quarter starting to reverse. This is the most ideal trend and the only hope for bullish traders this year.

Of course, as long as the weekly chart does not show a signal for a rebound, I basically will not be bullish or take long positions. I am a rational trader, not a theoretical analyst, and I only decide my entries and exits based on indicators.
