The Egyptian market is suffering after Trump's tariffs.


The Egyptian market was no exception to the downturn today, as the main EGX 30 index fell by more than 2.2%, losing 701 points so far, dropping below 31,000 points.

The main index EGX30 experienced a collective decline, led by the stock of Qalaa Holdings (EGX:CCAPP) with a drop of -4.68%, followed by Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank with -4.17%, and Palm Hills, Nescafé, and Beltone Financial down by 3.6%, 3.8%, and 3.7%, respectively.

The Commercial International Bank also dropped by 0.5%, Edita Food Industries by 1.33%, Juhayna by 0.6%, and Emaar Misr by 2.4%.
