🧠 Trading Psychology: State Cards — your secret tool for success 🚀
Success in trading depends not only on charts and strategies 📊, but also on your inner state. Fatigue, emotions, stress 😤 — all of this can cost you money.
💡 What are "state cards"? These are simple cards or checklists that a trader uses for self-diagnosis every 15, 30, or 40 minutes ⏱️. They help to notice in time:
that you are tired 😵
started trading on emotions 😡
entering into trades without a signal 🤔
catching yourself on FOMO 😨
🃏 Examples of status cards: Every 30 minutes — ask yourself 5 questions:
✅ Am I calm or tense? ✅ Am I trading according to a strategy or improvising? ✅ Is there an objective setup, or do I "want to enter"? ✅ Am I tired? Should I take a break? ✅ I do not violate the risk rules?
👁 Answer honestly. If at least 2 answers are concerning — exit the market and reset your mind.
📌 How to implement this?
📅 Set the alarm for every 30 minutes
📋 Make cards in the form of stickers or a template on the phone
