EIP-7762 & EIP-7918 to choose one for inclusion: the former aims to raise the minimum base fee MIN_BASE_FEE_PER_BLOB_GAS for each blob to adjust the supply and demand of the blob market, while the latter ties the base fee of the blob to the execution cost to ensure that blob fees are not too high or too low, maintaining economic balance), etc.
