The U.S. Customs tariff system has been experiencing a malfunction for over 10 hours and is now back up and running.

On April 12, according to a report by CNBC (, on the 11th local time, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection issued an alert informing users that their system for exempting shipping tariffs was experiencing a malfunction. According to the latest alert released by the agency, the malfunction lasted for more than 10 hours and has now been restored.
