Specifically, these include: NYSE Arca’s proposal to allow Grayscale Ethereum Trust ETF and Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF to stake Ether; Cboe BZX’s proposal to allow WisdomTree Bitcoin Fund to implement physical subscriptions and redemptions; and Cboe BZX’s proposal to allow VanEck Bitcoin Trust and VanEck Ethereum Trust to implement physical subscriptions and redemptions. The original review deadline for the above proposals was mid-April, and the SEC has now extended the review deadlines to June 1 and June 3, 2025, respectively.
