BTC and ETH surged yesterday but began to decline in the evening. The overall retracement of BTC is relatively small, while ETH's trend is weak, with a recent drop breaking the daily low point of 1550, forming a divergence pattern. However, the main trend is primarily based on BTC; as long as BTC does not weaken, the market will further rise. The 4-hour MACD for BTC shows that bullish momentum has not completely faded, currently stabilizing at 85500. The short-term trend is relatively strong, but the daily MACD indicates a top divergence. The continuous long upper shadows on the 4-hour chart show heavy selling pressure above, and the hourly RSI is overbought, so caution is needed for a pullback. Pay attention to the stabilization level after the short-term rise around 86000.

From the daily chart, the EMA trend line shows a bearish trend, the MACD indicator is continuously expanding but the K-line is declining, DIF and DEA are spreading below the zero axis, the Bollinger Bands are pointing downwards, and the K-line is facing resistance at the middle track pressure level of 1630, with the lower track focusing on the support level of 1530. The KDJ indicator has formed a valid death cross. On the four-hour chart, after failing to break through the EMA 120 pressure level of 1660, it fell below the EMA trend indicator, the MACD indicator's expansion is about to end, the K-line is stepping down to the lower track of the Bollinger Bands at 1540 USD, and the KDJ death cross has just formed. The bearish momentum has not been completely released, and further declines are expected, with a rebound looking for stabilization and a rise.

On the operational side, Liang Qiu suggests entering a long position for Bitcoin around 86500 to 87000, with a target near 89000; for Ethereum, enter a long position around 1540 to 1550, with a target near 1620.
