According to Wu, Aptos has officially announced that it will serve as the digital Wallet provider for the 2025 World Expo in Osaka, Japan, processing over 558,000 transactions in the first week and adding 133,000 accounts. The Aptos Horizon project team visited the expo during the opening week and was surprised by the importance and scale of the venue, with each country's pavilion showcasing its innovative technology, architecture, and cultural features, expecting to take a week to tour all exhibition areas. The expo will last until October and is expected to serve over 28 million visitors, with Aptos planning to further promote its technology applications.
