If it meets the distribution standards and has not been credited for a long time, you can contact the online customer service for verification and processing. In the app - Home - top left corner icon - pop-up page click the top right corner 🎧 - "Can't find the answer, click here" - enter "manual" in the input field below - choose "transfer to manual" in the reply message and select the relevant issue.
