PANews, September 18 news, according to CoinDesk, former Tether co-founder Reeve Collins launched the STBL protocol, which splits income-generating RWAs (such as Franklin Templeton BENJI, BlackRock BUIDL, etc.) into tradable US dollar stablecoin USST and interest-bearing NFT YLD. After users deposit assets, they can hold both principal and income separately. The protocol design complies with the requirements of the GENIUS Act, and USST maintains its peg through over-collateralization and incentive mechanisms. The STBL governance token has been listed on multiple exchanges, and the protocol is expected to open to the public in the fourth quarter.
