Students in grades 4-5 spend about two hours a day on math and reading through educational programs, and after lunch, they develop practical and life skills.

Instead of teachers, there are "mentors" working with children, whose role is to motivate and guide them, while their salaries reach six-figure amounts.

Education at the school costs from $40 000 per year, and the project is positioned as a model of "future education."
