#PI Deadline on October 15! What should we do before the ecological explosion? Hello everyone, the main ecological list now has over 210 main applications, which is quite a few more than last month. Watching the ecosystem gradually become richer really touches my heart.

What’s even more surprising is that there are actually over 23,000 test applications in AI-Studio. The fact that so many developers are willing to invest their efforts here shows that everyone still has a strong recognition of Web3.
There is also the matter of the hackathon ecosystem, with the final submission date set for October 15, which is tomorrow in Pacific Time. It is expected that once the core group completes the review, a batch of new ecosystems will be available for everyone to experience by the end of October at the earliest.
To be honest, I am quite looking forward to it. After all, being able to personally play with these new ecosystems and feel the changes in the ecosystem is a pretty special feeling to be able to participate in.
Yesterday, there were some minor issues in the community. Many people encountered transmission failures while testing the DEX. I also tried a few times and failed twice. I was wondering what was going on at the time, but later I understood after seeing the explanation from the core team.
It turns out that the current DEX interactions are still in testing. Even if the chain runs smoothly, not every transmission request can be received by the block. The core team specifically mentioned that these are issues encountered during testing, and they are gradually optimizing these faults through testing.
Thinking this way makes it easier to understand; testing is just to find problems and solve them, right? If we expose more issues now, we can be more stable when using it formally in the future.
Recently, many people have been discussing the issue of value. Some are anxiously asking when they will see a rise, while others are worried that the current state of stagnation will last a long time. In fact, it is still too early to talk about these things. Currently, smart DeFi, nodes, decentralization, and ecology are not yet well established; the core team has just begun testing smart DeFi.
Therefore, according to the style of work that the core team has done in the past, it will take at least half a year to move the smart DeFi from the testnet to the mainnet, and afterwards, we still need to promote matters like node implementation and decentralization.
Only by solidifying these fundamentals can this value truly begin to manifest. Therefore, we must be mentally prepared; this will definitely be a battle that requires patience and cannot be rushed.
The current situation of neither rising nor falling is only temporary. After all, the ecosystem is still in the early stages of construction, and many key aspects are not yet fully developed. The true value does not lie in the fluctuations of this period, but in the long-term development that can be achieved once the ecosystem is truly established.
I have always remembered a saying: The true value of Web3 does not lie in how high it can be speculated, but in whether it can truly change our everyday lives. To achieve this, it requires time to accumulate slowly, the need for us to be patient, and most importantly, for all participants to remain rational and work together to build this ecosystem.
Sometimes when I think back, we early pioneers actually resemble witnesses and builders. Watching the ecosystem evolve from nothing to gradually becoming complete, there may be waiting and difficulties in this process, but when one day in the future this truly integrates into our lives and changes the way we go out, consume, and work, looking back at the persistence we have now will surely feel particularly meaningful.
