YZi Labs Reveals EASY Residency Season 2 Investment Portfolio: 17 Web3, AI, and Biotech Projects Selected

The DeFi sector is even more vibrant. Hertzflow is building a permissionless leverage market, Sats Terminal is a native Bitcoin liquidity protocol, and Saturn Labs has launched a Bitcoin credit-backed stablecoin with yields exceeding 10%. Predict.fun uses DeFi mechanisms to enhance liquidity in prediction markets, which is a novel approach.

In gaming and entertainment, MeleeMon is a competitive mobile game that uses stablecoins for betting.

AI applications are notably varied. 4D Labs focuses on data and development for spatial intelligence large models, Manifolds is developing AI-powered 3D spatial video generation, and FingerDance is entering the sign language translation market, citing a global population of 70 million deaf individuals as a strong demand.

Two hardcore projects stand out in the biotech track: Advent leverages AI for precision gene therapy, and Neomera BioLab is developing non-opioid drugs for treating chronic pain and major chronic diseases.

There are also two cross-disciplinary projects: AgriDynamics creates fruit-picking robots to solve farm labor shortages, and Trellis Robotics is building a soft robotics platform with AI capabilities.

This batch of projects covers a wide range, from underlying protocols to real-world applications.
